Are your rebate % based on the price the home sells for?
Yes and no. Most of the time, the buyer’s agent receives 3%. When the buyers commission is 3% then you will receive the % listed. If the buyer’s agent is not receiving 3%, you will not receive the % rebate. This will be discussed before any offers are sent.
